Woahhh Blogger finally works?!! :O

After holding vigil by the com for the past 5 days, blogger has finally seen my dedication and allowed me to blog. pft. Seriously, the interface gets all 'wierded' up when I tried to blog. And when it's sorted out, I can't post pictures. Ben suggested I clear my cache and probably, that's why it's working now.

This was the worst stuff I've seen in the last 5 days. Yesterday, for some weird reason, it said that I've flagged my own blog for objectionable content...?! Ouh reily? The only thing you pheasants find objectionable is my awesomenest and how it can be overwhelming! rawr.

But anyways, this post was meant to be up for Saturday,

So anyways, I saw the trailer for the Ryan and Sean's not so excellent adventure a few days back, but only managed to catch the show today, here's the trailer, starts @ 50 sec.

I'm sad, mannn is it bad. You take youtube clip stars and make them into a full 1hr + feature film. its bad. especially when they feature Buck from WTBuck init.(he has the most annoying voice) The only funny part that still got me laughing is the one shown in the trailer. Apart from that. Painful to watch, but I did, since I only want to watch it once and not ever again. Really, it didn't feel like Ryan Higa at all, after all, the script was written by the producers of the show who probably only watched one or two of ryan's videos. It was corny and lame, predictable and cheap.

..

Right, So this morning (Saturday), I woke up, and looked at my clock...and it said 10am, and I realised, yes out of habit I count how many hours I sleep each day, this wierd number popped out in my mind, 9 hours.

It seemed so foreign and unreal I didn't know how to react O_o dramatic heh, but really, I'm shocked, I never had 8 or 9 hours in the last few weeks that it seems so strange! I survive on 5-6 hours a day, if i'm lucky 7, and woww. *shrugs*

The above is a banner for my dad's blog, he's doing it as part of his assignment. The above picture was done using the blending tool and the function 'Blend if'. Basically it makes your image retain some of the textures or characteristics/image of the layer below it, which in this case happen to be a brick wall. No kidding, it's actually the floor, Disney Land floor that is. (It's magical)

And with regards to Mark's passionate defense of how Edward Cullen can't die, here's my reply to your shiny 104 year old dude uncle vampire guy. Jeez.

Sherd's pretty crazy these days stalking all the warcraft movies, ironman 2 movie updates and stuff, spending '30 minutes only' (in ben's words), trying to find ironman2 trailers on youtube when they popped out exclusively in Comic-Con. Sherd has this Ironman altar at home with Ironman's mask and a countdown clock in 5 different cities :O

But anyways, Reed wants to dedicate something to Ben before I close this overdue post.

Ben, in reed's words, "I laughed like crazy when I saw this in lecture la." *wink wink*

You so fat, there be's eclipse when you stand up

Today, I was doing my work in the morning, when the eclipse occurred. The next thing I knew, there was a news report that Edward Cullen died. Apparently, he thought it was night. Buurrrn in the light you thing!

That's my current wallpaper. It definitely looks cleaner than my 'hold on' wallpaper. That's good, since school's drawing to a close. I created that graphic from sketch, and you guys are free to help yourselves to this one:

Put it into your pretty images folder, ouh did I say pretty? I meant handsome. Yeah, save it in your handsome folder.

So I got a nice parcel today, it was my developed pictures from Kodak @ sunset way. The folks there have an offer currently, so I got my photos digitised for free. So go develop your photos there if you can, and save $5. Ouh wait, you guys use digital. (it's alright kodak, Mark uses his fingers and some imagination)
So here are the nicer ones, I'm too lazy to upload on facebook but if you click on these, you can get a big sized image to rip.

I'm in photojourn class now, it's 7.24pm and my fingers are freezing. The taste of chicken cabonara lingers somewhere at the back of my mouth mmmm. But I'm in a better mood, since quite a but of stress is gone.

Happy Birthday's to Sze Li and Sharon whose birthdays fall this week. And err, before I leave you guys, your can have this picture, just erase out the center in photoshop and you can easily use it to fake your own lomo fisheyes. Nicee. Now pay me.

All your suep is belongs to us

alright, so I'm in school at 8.15 thanks to the driver who had a stomachache. But man, lectures start at 9.30?

But I'm meeting Mark for some esspehwregers suep. yum. (the one at atrium that cost 1.60) And he's late. Tsk.

Right so about my internship.
I will be going ahead with my post at mediacorp - and that's the final decision by both the lecturers and I. No explanation is needed on a public domain but you can ask me in private.
(The secret service are watching, you're to burn your com after you've read this.)

So the above is a pic I took with my compact digital camera for my Photo Journ assignment. It was taken during Singapore's Art Museum Night Festival '09. My only comment was that I perspired my shirt out. And I took public transport after that mmmm.

Speaking of public transport, yesterday I saw the unbelievable. I was taking the 6.20 train at Clementi station heading east. And the train was completely, yes rub your eyes, completely empty O_O I think it's like I got onto the platform to Hogwarts or something, empty train are always, and I mean always, magical. I had a good sleep back.

(I suspect smrt arrested every passenger at the previous stop for demostrating against the new fines by having a water parade)

The above picture was one of the 18 chosen to be used for my online journ photo essay, (yeah, why do I have so many photoessays right?). Taken at east coast skate park. I read that some dude broke both his arms in an accident while skating in the bowl a few weeks back. Apparently he was demonstrating against Mark's noob skating.

And speaking of Mark, he's still not here yet rawr Q_Q

Okay, watch this video. As always, the videos I recommend are pew pew good. hmmm, or a personal preference.

My Odyssey

Before I start, I like to wish HongZuo a Happy Birthday. He turns 50 this year. So wish him well people. (:D)

Now seriously, I haven't walked in ages. I woke up restless this morning, and I thought heyy, I'm not as sleepy or tired as I thought. And I stepped out of my bed.

Owww. Wah. fierce. Feet gee gee. My sixth toe dropped off.

Let me tell you what happened yesterday. Remember me mentioning my skatepark photoessay?
Here's yesterday's statistics (from 1pm to 11.30pm)

1.
Left school on bus heading toward sixth avenue, dropped one stop before intended stop, had to wander around for a bit, before walking 200 metres down to the next stop. Where I found LSP.

2.
After I was done at 3pm. I went to the bus stop and for some reason, when I flagged down the bus, the uncle, whom have had enough time to see me waving from a distance, and whom turned his head to look at me, simply drived off. Seriously ==, Im looking at you SBS. So i walked back the 200 metres to the next bustop (where i noticed the same incident happen to another dude with another bus) @_@

3.
Took bus to school, took bus to clementi, before taking the train down to queenstown. Where I wandered about searching for a skatepark. And after that, I wandered/walked/searched my way to Go Sports, at Commonwealth Ave. When Zicheng joined me later. We walked back to Queenstown mrt.

4.
Took a train to Somerset, where I ran about frantically snapping and dodging skaters/bikers/half-nude try-hards.

5.
When done, I walked down to the 7-11 at the mrt with Zichar to get a drink, then he said 'eh we can't drink here'.... so we walked up again with our drinks, before walking back down to the mrt. zichar left.

6.
I thought I was on my last pitstop - East Coast SkatePark. Well I thought WRONG. I went to tanah merah MRT, walked out from the underpass to the bus stop, and called Grace saying I might not make it in time for Street E. She told me to go for the prayer at least, and stay a bit. it was @ 630 then. Street E was @ 730. Being the responsible leader, I walked back through the underpass, back to the MRT, before going back to Pasir Ris, where I took dinner, and waited.

7.
For some reason Street E began at 8. Fine, after we prayed and stuff, I took off. Pasir Ris > Tanah Merah > 18 minutes for bus 38.

8.
When I finally reached parkway parade, I walked all the way into the HDB, through another underpass O_o, and walked a while to the nearest bike stand.

"Uncle, can i borrow bike?"
"Now only overnight"
"I want travel to area F, one hour only can?"
"Wah area F ah, here area c, you got to travel c > d > e > f. Very far leh, and sorry, cannot 1 hour"
"waaah, then err, how to get there ah"
"taxi or walk"
"kthnxbye"

9.
I walked to the taxi stand behind macs, where I cut the queue, not intentionally since there wasn't any formal taxi stand. When I talked to the uncle. This is a snippet of the convo we had when we arrived.

"You want see how far you could have walked?"
"suree"
"2.5 km, you can actually walk here, like napfa, 10 minutes only"
"haha uncle, i never train, sure die one"
"heh, err, can give me 20 cents? I no change"
"yeah okay. kthnxbye"

10.
Thankfully I took the cab. 10-15 minutes after i arrived, the lights went off, so imagine if i walked the 2.5 km, and reached to see the skatepark closed?? omg gee gee man, I tell you, I would have nearly died. So the 20 cents was worth it.

11.
Cut a long story short.
walk to underpass > walked to main road > took bus > cross road > took bus > walked > took MRT to Pasir Ris > walked to parents car > home.

Whee~!

Anyways, I'm sure you've noticed the 56 times I mentioned 'walk' in my post (no really, dun count, I was kidding) I'm really thankful that I got to the skatepark on time, else I wouldnt be blogging this now, and would actually be going out again. And well, for the whole of yesterday, I snapped 439 pictures :O I'm gonna have to review all of them later and stuff, but it's okay, I'm satisfied to have the morning as a break. But whee, crazy walk man. Beat that YH! rawr. no joking, dun beat me, owww.

Heroes Season 4: Clues

*image edited

I'll be heading to several SG skateparks in a bit, gotta rush out some pics for my photoessay on the skating scene in Singapore. And seriously, I just want to be rid of this week, and the next. gah. Life's pretty boring as of now pft. It's work, work, work, and sleep. Except that these days I tend to sleep more on the train. Which means I get to be leet and do stuff like fold my hands and sleep while standing ala no support. which means pew pew at people who stumble when the train jerks about. haa, that's what years of standing from dover - pasir ris do for you. Though I won't know how cool it seems aww. loser sport.

Woah... 'control the weather'?? I just like the expression on his face (I r GORDS) :D good one yahoo!.

I was watching the Heroes premiere on channel 5 yesterday. It's awesome cool, I now wish I can somehow find the seasons online or *ahem* some(REED)one's HD to watch, can someone help me? I particularly enjoy how they're going to make the show's storyline err, interactive, that means that fans can stalk blogs and search for clues that will lead on to more clues and somehow affect how heroes will end. funky cool, but I don't have the time.

*image not mine

Here's a clue: Refresh/double check/cross ref archives of Hiro's blog and stuff, since he can timetravel! rawr. "oohpso, typo neh, thymeh travelle, pew, clt.alt.del. haik. kamsahamnida."

Congratulations! You've just won 10,000..

cases of h1n1 cases Australia! Read. They said that the average age of patients hit by the flu are those aged 19. Which makes us very susceptible since we're just a couple of kilometers away. man I feel old, again. But really, until Singapore has it's first death case, then will we actually start taking the threat seriously. That time when I was in HK, they had hand sanitisers all over the malls and in public places- free. And they cleaned the lift buttons every two hours and stuff. Now that, is efficient.

Talking about efficient, MJ's rehearsal for a pepsi commercial wasn't exactly efficient. Latest news claim that an accident that happened years back caused MJ to start on drugs. Which reading between the lines, I presume, is suggesting that if the accident did not happen, would not lead to his death. Right, so now all MJ fans are gonna hunt down a stunt technician who made a mistake some 25 years ago. Rawr.

In other news, that will probably please 'Mark-kind' of people, (starwars/ geek, i mean greek legends people-fans) Natalie Portman will be acting in Thor, the movie, alongside Chris Hemsworth who will play the blonde beach dude, 'yehhh maan, whattup'. Now seriously, why are all the space flying guys get to be cloud prancing dudegods? :(

And Megan Fox is gonna play Wonder Woman. :O (her bracelet? thats a transformer psst. beep beep bop pew)

For Mark, who likes Thor, skating, and being pwnt. (that's me in the background)

Word of the day: Anaemic

Someone who is anaemic is lacking in vigor or energy, and wanting in physical strength. It's also some blood disease :O . I was reading The Straits Times today when my eye caught the words: "Half-Blood Prince feels rather Anaemic" or something along those lines, but hey,
It brought to mind the news that Emma Watson is 'quitting' acting to study.

For reed (especially), british boys and american dudes, this is some awesome motivation to hit the books and enter the same University as her :O *gasp*

Ouh but wait, she's mineeee (sorry reed, slow la)

Aiyah, then other news today included Jackie Chan training 11-year old Jayden Smith, kid of Will Smith,in the Karate Kid, meant for a remake, "hi-yar! kick hi boy, kick low, you train hard we go attend bash with spongebob rawr", "your daddy man in black, you man in black belt! hyaahh"

SpongeBob becomes 10 this year, which means that ever since lil' Jayden was one, hmmm, I was nine then, that the furry yellow ball began rolling around springfield. which reminds me, in 10 years time I'll be 30, gahhh i be old.

This is the place I call school. The picture was taken for a photo essay entitled 'freedom'

So school's really tight right now, every week I tell myself that once I'm done with the week, I'm free, cept, next week rolls and I find new deadlines filling in. Mann, so busy. But I'll survive. As of now, I'm still deciding between working at medcorp and Hype :/
Apparently.
